Staying in shape with a flat belly is becoming more challenging after the age of 30, but it can be done. Am I saying that all you need is the Exotic Flat ABS Workout I will be demonstrating in this post? Nope. That won’t be enough because all starts in a kitchen by creating a calorie deficit. However, if you are in calorie deficit and you are looking for an effective and fun training this Exotic Flat ABS Workout video could be a great help since you are working with your bodyweight to improve strength.
In the video you will do the following exercises
- Lady Leg Moves
- Sexy Side Slides
- Half Clock and Heel Heaven Kicks
- Single Leg Slide

Preparation is key, so before you watch and follow the above, make sure that you do the followings

- Wear something casual, but make sure that you also feel sexy in that outfit
- Heels are important ingredients of Exotic Floor Work, so I would recommend wearing them. But if you don’t feel safe in heels just yet, then do the moves in socks.
Then, all you will need is your body and mind.
After you are done you will need to cool down, so make sure that you do the Exotic Stretch session!
