Preparation is key, so before you watch and follow the above, make sure do the followings

- Wear something casual, but make sure that you also feel sexy in that outfit
- Heels are important ingredients of Exotic Floor Work, so I would recommend wearing them. But if you don’t feel safe in heels just yet, then do the moves in socks.
Then, all you will need is your body and mind.
After you are done you will need to cool down, so make sure that you do the Exotic Stretch session!
