You may have seen Sexy Push Ups in my Exotic Floor Work Routines quite a few times. That isn’t a coincidence because Sexy Push Up

  • Looks amazing
  • It is a great way to change position from laying to sitting
  • Stretches the upper body

However, such in case of the other routines Sexy Push Up also has the right way to do it.

Probably the most important thing I want to emphasize as far as the presentation goes is when you come of the ground follow this order from prone position

  1. Move your butt of the ground while lifting it up
  2. Then your belly
  3. Finally your chest comes off the ground
