Let’s suppose you are standing and trying to figure out a way to get on the floor on a way that is sexy then I have good news.
This video below will present a nice and fast that will allow you to seamlessly transition from standing to your lovely exotic floor work routine.
All you have to do is to stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. As you lean forward and place your hands on the floor start sliding down. Presentation is key, so make sure to
- Keep your back straight.
- Slide down with your legs stretched out while using your core strength.
There are some other important notes as well when it comes to the PREP!
- You will need core strength and some flexibility of the hamstrings. My Exotic Flat Abs article is a great tool for core strengthening and my Exotic Stretch Session provides help with untightening your hamstrings as well as other body parts.
- You can do the exercise in socks as well if your heels don’t seem comfortable in the beginning.
