Today we are going to do a mini SEXY CHAIR DANCE FITNESS WORKOUT for the song of Royal Jelly from Deap Vally.
Why should you follow this video?

Preparation is key, so before you watch and follow the above, make sure do the followings
- Safety is essential and because of that you need to warm up properly. If you are wondering how, you can do that, read my article on how to warm up before a showgirl workout
- Wear something casual, but make sure that you also feel sexy in that outfit
- If you haven’t danced in high heels before, I would recommend following the exercise bare feet.
- If you feel confident with the moves, I recommend wearing Sexy high heels to increase the showgirl experience. Pleaser heels are great choices, but ballroom dance shoes are just as fine too.
For enhanced workout experience I recommend repeating the workout 2-3 times.
