The 6 Sexiest Workouts to Improve Fitness

If you are the type of person who wants to go beyond the idea of shaking your body and feel sexy by having a workout experience then I feel you.  I have very similar taste when it comes to working out. With that said I will share the 6 sexiest workouts that not only burn calories, but can make you feel more confident.

First, check out my YouTube Channel, because there is a showgirl workout video every Thursday. Boudoir Gym’s YouTube channel produces videos of most of the workouts that I will mention now.

1.Cardio Burlesque

Probably you heard of Burlesque if you are reading this article and you also heard of Dita Von Tease, Marlene Dietrich, and Josephine Baker when it comes to this genre. Burlesque earned a huge popularity over the last decades which has also a lot do with the movie called Burlesque, that came out in 2010, starring Christina Aguilera and Cher.

Ever since the number of burlesque schools started to grow and there are quite a few burlesque workouts available for free on YouTube. Check out my BAD ROMANCE Cardio Burlesque Workout to try this exercise out.

 

2.Pole Dance

Pole Dance can’t be missed from the list when it comes to the 6 sexiest workouts to improve fitness. I have already written an in-depth article about the history of pole dance, so make sure you read it here. However, that I will clear out that pole dance really started when modern styled lap dances and table dances showed up along with Gentleman Clubs in the early 80’s in Canadian Gentleman Clubs. Back then pole dance was more like a taboo thing, however in 1990s a few pole dance schools appeared and the most prominent one was Fawnia Mondey’s studio in Las Vegas.

A few movies (such as Showgirls and Striptease) and video clips popularized this dance style further and finally pole dance fitness schools started to be more popular in the 2000s through today.

3.Chair Dance Fitness

Chair is often a part of the schedule as far as a pole dance studio’s classes go, and it is no surprise. Such as a pole, a chair is also an important object in Gentleman Clubs to perform a dance, so it is in dance studios and just like in the case of pole dance, chair dance also could be used to improve fitness. When it comes to chair dance tutorials and choreos, Riri Valora is my favorite one and the good thing about her is that she is a Yoga Teacher as well, so she has free Yoga videos too.

4.Exotic Floor Work

If someone had told me more than a decade ago, that there is a workout that is not only sexy, but improves your core muscles, great for fat burning and you can stay on the ground the whole time then I would have said someone created a workout for me.

I don’t think I have to say more about Exotic Floor Work, where all you need are heels, but in the beginning, it is probably safer to do these moves without heels.

5.Lap Dance Classes

If you are into something more particular, such as enhancing your relationship with your partner with a date night or even if just want to have some fun then there are lap dance tutorials available as well. If you want to at home with your partner what exotic dancers do with customers, then lap dance classes are your gotos.

6.Twerkout

Twerking has become extremely popular in the 2010s, but it appeared in the New Orleans’ bounce music scene in the 80s.

The first time when I actually fall in love with this style was when I watched this Twerk performance video from Lexy Panterra for the song Lean on from Major Lazer and DJ Snake.

Twerkout involves twerk moves by also providing an ultimate workout experience. It is a great cardio workout while you also improve your core strength, and it is sexy as hell.
