As you were doing some exotic floor work routine with me, you have probably realized how important Leg Work is. I hardly can think of any exotic floor work moves that does not contain leg work. For this reason it is important to be aware of the four sexiest exotic leg moves:
- Side Singles Leg Circles
- Leg Waves
- Clock Work
- Half circle to Spread
Only reading about these moves isn’t probably helpful. Make sure you check the video below where I give some insights into the above-mentioned moves.
Preparation is key, so before you watch and follow the above, make sure that you do the followings
- Safety is essential and because of that you need to warm up properly. If you are wondering how, you can do that, read my article on How to Warm Up before Exotic Floor Work
- Wear something casual, but make sure that you also feel sexy in that outfit
- Heels are important ingredients of Exotic Floor Work, so I would recommend wearing them. But if you don’t feel safe in heels just yet, then do the moves in socks.
Then, all you will need is your body and mind.
After you are done you will need to cool down, so make sure that you do the Exotic Stretch session!
